Terms of service

SuperSeller provisions a dedicated AI sales agent for your team: it enriches leads, verifies contact data, and writes results to your connected tools. Each customer runs in an isolated tenant. The 14-day pilot is free, requires no card, and can be ended by either side at any time.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance (annual billing is available at a discount). Plans include a monthly allowance of lead credits; unused plan credits do not roll over. One-time credit packs are consumed after your plan allowance and carry a 90-day rollover from purchase, after which unused pack credits expire. Credits are consumed per enriched lead as described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. An unused, untouched pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email hello@superselleragent.com. Once a pack's credits start being consumed it is non-refundable.

If we materially fail to deliver the service during a paid period and cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you may cancel and we will refund the affected period pro rata.

You agree to use SuperSeller only on data you have the right to process and in compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach (including anti-spam and data-protection laws in your markets). You may not resell the service, probe other tenants, or use the agent to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend a tenant that endangers the platform or other customers, and will tell you why.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we return or delete it when you leave.

The service is provided "as is." Enrichment output is generated from third-party data sources and AI models and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete — verify before you rely on it for consequential decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms with notice to active customers; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
